ICSPR: THE ISRAELI OCCUPATION FORCES SHED THE BLOOD OF THE PALESTINIANS IN THE OCCUPIED PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES ESPECIALLY IN THE GAZA STRIP.

ICSPR: The Israeli Occupation forces shed the blood of the Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territories especially in the Gaza Strip.
The International Commission to Support the Palestinian Rights (ICSPR) condemns Israeli occupation forces crimes against the Palestinian people, which led to kill civilians. These crimes are direct results of the international silence on the grave violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces.
According to the available information, On Friday, 08 2017 the Palestinian Health Ministry announced that the Israeli Occupation Forces killed 4 civilians and injured more than 1000 Palestinians, including dozens of serious injuries. The Martyrs are Mohamed Al Safadi (28), Abdallah Al Atall (28) Maher Attallah (28) and Mahmoud al-Masri (30).
ICSPR expresses its deep condemnation of the continued Israeli escalation in the Gaza Strip, which targets the civilians and civil objects in serious violation of the international law. ICSPR considers Friday attacks as a grave escalation, condemning the excessive use of force by the Israeli occupation against unarmed demonstrators. ICSPR records and calls upon the following:
1. ICSPR express its deep concern of the last Israeli escalation that may constitute a new grave Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, which may led to an destructive effects on Palestinian civilians according to previous experiences.
2. ICSPR confirms that the continued Israeli Occupation forces conducting military operations at border areas, open areas and places near to residential compounds using heavy weapons that is considered a war crime in accordance with the requirements of the Rome Statute establishing the International Criminal Court.
3- ICSPR calls upon the Palestinian diplomacy to exert more efforts to inform the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court about these crimes and urge them to make further efforts to complete their preliminary study and move forward opining an international investigation of international crimes committed by the Israel.
4- ICSPR calls upon the international community and the High Contracting Parties of the Geneva Convention to recognize the importance of urgent and immediate action to question Israel for its repeated crimes in the Gaza Strip, and lifting the siege imposed against Gaza, which left devastating humanitarian consequences on the whole life.
