International Commission to support Palestinian rights mobilized to hold Israeli occupation responsible for killing prisoner Daoud Talaat Al Khatib.

ICSPR ,deplores and condemns the continuing grave violations of prisoners .The detainees in the Israeli occupation prisons, which killed prisoner Dawad Talaat Al-Khatib, 45 years from Bethlehem, who is detained in “Ofer “prison, by the political effect of the medical negligence of the Israeli prison administration. It is worth mentioning that Al-Khatib’s prisoner is sentenced to 18 years in prison, and he remains from his sentence for several months only when the prisoner Al-Khatib was martired, the number of martyrs of the movement detained in the occupation prisons rises to 225.

ICSPR, gathered while carrying the Israeli occupation authorities responsibility for the martyrdom of Al-Khatib prisoner,it demands 1-The UN, ICRC, and WHO urgently intervene to identify and investigate the situation of ill-fated prisoners, crimes of medical neglect, torture, and other serious violations of international humanitarian law, including conditions of detention and medical services for the detainees, especially in light of the corna pandemic and the spread of the virus among some detainees.

2- Serious action to pressure the occupation authorities in order to release sick families, children, women and the elderly, and minimum, provide health care and supply the necessary treatment for those who are sick.

3-Palestinian diplomat asked to work on activating mechanisms of accountability for these violations, including referring the file of Israeli occupation violations of prisoners’ rights to the International Criminal Court.
