The Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Commission (Hashd) reveals shocking facts about Israeli air targeting of the Central Governorate in recent days.
Dr. Salah Abdul Ati, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights, revealed results of a special investigation carried out by International Commission (Hashd) field team, indicates that Israeli occupation forces have once again re-implemented the strategy of death between the wounded and the Palestinian injured, as nearly 90% of the targeting of qualified homes in the central governorate during the last week was targeted simultaneously or with a time difference not exceeding 03 to 05 minutes, which indicates that Israeli occupation deliberately follows the strategy of death among the wounded, especially in light of the inability of the health sector to treat large numbers of wounded at the same time.
The results of the investigation indicated that the wounded and injured as a result of targeting civilian homes in the central governorate varied, but the most common feature of the nature of the injury is serious burns, especially since the majority of cases of house targeting accompanied the destruction caused by the targeting The outbreak of fires in the place of the targeting.
Abdel Ati explained that the central governorate in Gaza Strip has been and still subjected for a week to a focussed aerial bombardment targeting the homes of safe civilians and a number of civilian facilities, and that nearly 80% of the targeting operations were carried out without warning and resulted in a large number of victims, especially children and women, and widespread destruction, and that 85% of the targeting of houses and civilian facilities were carried out at night for hours, which confirms the Israeli occupation’s effort to terrorise civilians in addition to killing the targets directly while they were asleep.
During the past week, Israeli occupation forces have also deliberately targeted UNRWA schools in the central governorate, which includes hundreds of thousands of displaced people, which left dozens of victims among children and women, and that the nature of the victims refounds the occupation’s lies of targeting armed groups inside schools, which are completely devoid of any manifestations of armament and are not used directly or indirectly in war scientists.
Abdel-Aty confirmed that the air targeting operation in the centre governorate, which escalated during the past week, was and still accompanied by an escalation of artillery targeting, especially in the eastern regions of the province, which puts the lives of nearly hundreds of thousands of residents and displaced people in danger.
Abdel Aty called for the need to form an international coalition to ensure the minimum enforcement of United Nations resolutions, and to call on the High Contracting States Parties to Geneva Convention to convene an urgent meeting to declare (the State of Israel) a state that is not committed to the rules of fighting and war, international humanitarian law and to discuss ways to protect Palestinians and impose sanctions on Israeli occupation state.
