The International Commission “Hashd” strongly condemns the horrific massacre by the Israeli occupation in Mawasi Rafah targeting the tents of displaced people
The International Commission (Hashd): condemns the horrific mass murder committed by Israeli occupation forces by deliberately targeting the tents of the forcibly displaced people in Mawasi Rafah today, which caused the death of 25 citizens, the wounding of nearly 50 others, and terrorising the rest of displaced people in the area of Al-Mawasi, west of Rafah, which the occupation claimed to be a safe zone, which show occupation’s practises lies and confirms its determination to complete the crime of genocide against Palestinians for the ninth month. It is worth mentioning that occupation’s crimes has repeated by targeting the tents of displaced people in Rafah and Khan-Younis, which caused the death of about 130 citizens, wounded hundreds and caused displacement of thousands of citizens.
The International Commission (Hashd): confirmed that the bombing of Palestinian camps is a repeated crime and a violation of international humanitarian law rules, especially the Fourth Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian in Time of War and the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide Crime.
The International Commission (Hashd): calls on the international community to compel Israeli occupation “to comply with its legal obligations, implement the measures issued by International Court of Justice regarding the immediate cessation of military operations and any other operations in Rafah, also to enforcement of United Nations resolutions on stopping Israeli aggression and war of genocide, ensuring the entry of humanitarian aid and health, providing international protection to Palestinians, imposing sanctions on the occupying state, and holding its leaders and partners accountable for this crime and other crimes.
