The International Commission “Hashd”: On the 103rd day, the Israeli occupation continues its genocide in Gaza, supported by the U.S. and with the complicity of some European countries. International efforts have failed to halt the aggression, resulting in the death, injury, and displacement of over 100,000 citizens, with 70% being children and women. Moreover, 80% of residential units and civilian structures have been destroyed or damaged, leading to the collapse of healthcare and humanitarian services. Over 2 million citizens face forced displacement, hunger, thirst, diseases, and a shortage of tents, medicines, and limited humanitarian aid due to ongoing Israeli restrictions and crimes against the people of Gaza. Palestinian, Arab, and international efforts are needed to stop the aggression, war crimes, genocide, and collective punishment, providing humanitarian support and protection for Palestinians and supporting their right to self-determination.
The International Commission “Hashd”: The ongoing and expanding ground offensive in the central and Khan Yunis provinces increases the number of forcibly displaced in the southern Gaza Strip, crowding in Rafah, central provinces, and Khan Yunis. The prevention of northern residents from returning to their areas exacerbates their suffering, leading to the spread of diseases, food shortages, water scarcity, limited healthcare services, and humanitarian aid constraints. The plight of half a million displaced civilians in northern Gaza worsens due to the halt of healthcare services, water shortages, and famine claiming the lives of dozens daily, including children, women, elderly, and the sick. Israeli forces, in addition to military attacks, continue to obstruct and restrict humanitarian aid access, demonstrating a clear determination to continue devastating the Gaza population.
The International Commission “Hashd”: The sixth-day disruption of communication networks and the seventh during the Israeli aggression intensifies the residents’ suffering, preventing them from communicating internally or globally to report Gaza’s situation and expose occupation violations. This also hampers the ability of ambulance crews, civil defense, and relief organizations to provide humanitarian services due to the inability to communicate and receive information about targeted areas and the evacuation of casualties and martyrs.
The International Commission “Hashd”: Gaza still suffers from electricity cuts, severe shortages of fuel and cooking gas, extremely limited water access due to the near-complete stoppage of municipal services, water desalination plants, pumping stations, well operations, sewage treatment plants, waste collection, and disposal operations. This has compounded the humanitarian suffering for Gaza’s residents, leading to the collapse and cessation of healthcare and humanitarian services, the spread of diseases, health and environmental epidemics.
The International Commission “Hashd”: The continuous aggression on Gaza has led to about 90% of the total workforce in the Gaza Strip, approximately 2.5 billion dollars in economic losses since the beginning of the aggression. This near-complete halt in Gaza’s production cycle has had repercussions on the Palestinian economy, equivalent to about 25 million US dollars daily, excluding direct losses in properties and assets.
