Press Release

The International Commission “Hashd” marks the 62nd day of the Israeli genocide war, as Israeli occupation forces persist in their aerial, ground, and naval attacks, utilizing various types of internationally prohibited weapons. Over 50,000 tons of explosives have been dropped on the Gaza Strip, averaging 4 kilograms per citizen, resulting in the destruction of nearly 65% of homes and civilian structures. Approximately 68,000 citizens have been killed, injured, or reported missing, with 70% of them being children and women. Forced displacement affects around 1.9 million people, enduring hunger, thirst, and diseases amid the ongoing aggression and collective sanctions.

The International Commission “Hashd” strongly condemns the continuous American and European support for the Israeli occupation state, considering it complicity in the crimes of genocide and aggression. This support is seen as full participation in committing war crimes against the residents of Gaza. The organization calls for an immediate cessation of support and arms supply to the Israeli occupation forces.

The International Commission “Hashd” states that Israeli forces deliberately destroyed all hospitals and health centers entirely. They continued to commit massacres against civilians by shelling their homes directly, targeting shelters, blocking the entry of humanitarian aid, medical supplies, and relief efforts. Additionally, they obstructed the evacuation of the wounded, aiming to annihilate the population of the Gaza Strip, especially those remaining in the northern part, forcing them into forced displacement.

The International Commission “Hashd” warns of the ongoing and glaring global failure and calls for urgent international action to halt the aggression, genocide, and protect civilians and civilian infrastructure. It emphasizes the recognition of the humanitarian catastrophe and famine experienced by the people of Gaza, urging intervention before the imminent disaster unfolds.
