The International Commission “Hashd”: The Israeli occupation’s crime of forcing a group of women in Hebron to strip nude under gun threat demonstrates Israel’s disrespect for the system of international moral and legal principles.
The International Commission to Support Palestinian Rights (Hashd) strongly condemned what it called the results of a joint research is on by the B’Tselem organization and the Hebrew publication Haaretz.

Then it must be dealt with swiftly and severely, and it records the following:
- The International Commission “Hashd”: calls on the international community, the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention, and all international and regional organizations to condemn the crimes of assassination against Palestinian civilians, to put pressure on the Israeli occupation state to stop its crimes and attacks on citizens, and to work to provide international protection for Palestinian civilians, particularly women.
- The International Commission “Hashd”: calls on the international community to activate mechanisms to hold Israeli occupation leaders and soldiers accountable for this crime through the International Criminal Court, as well as to apply the principle of international jurisdiction in a way that restores victims’ trust in the system of international law and its effectiveness.
- The International Commission “Hashd”: calls on Palestinian diplomacy to make additional efforts to refer this violation to the International Criminal Court to move one step closer to opening and accelerating investigations into crimes committed by occupation forces, which would hold occupation leaders accountable and prevent their impunity.
- The International Commission “Hashd”: calls on the international community to take effective action to declare a clear position on systematic Israeli policies and crimes, including measures to hold accountable and prosecute perpetrators of these crimes under the principle of international jurisdiction and before the International Criminal Court, as well as imposing sanctions on the Israeli occupying state.
