The International Commission to Support Palestinians’ Rights “ICSPR” issues a fact sheet entitled: “settler violence”
While Israel protects its settlers, Palestinians are exposed on a daily basis to various forms of violence by Israeli settlers. Despite what the Fourth Geneva Convention imposes on the occupier to provide protection for citizens under occupation, the phenomenon of violence has recently exacerbated against Palestinian civilians.
