International Declaration and Appeal
The International Commission “Hashd” Humanity’s destiny should not be left to the perpetrators of war crimes and genocide. Protecting the Palestinians and ending the Israeli occupation is a duty on the shoulders of the human family
The International Commission “Hashd” condemns the continued toll of the Israeli aggression, which has reached 29,606 martyrs, 8,000 missing, and 69,737 wounded, 70% of whom are children and women. The Israeli occupation forces continue to separate the Gaza Strip and continue their systematic destruction of citizens’ homes and civilian facilities. The catastrophic conditions of the Gaza Strip residents, living under an unprecedented famine in human history, continue to worsen. The most dangerous of these conditions is what the residents of northern Gaza are experiencing, including hunger, thirst, and diseases that claim the lives of dozens of them every day, the latest of whom is the child Mahmoud Fatouh from Jabalia. This is due to the lack of food and medicine and the collapse of the service system. Despite all the international appeals and warnings about the danger of famine and humanitarian conditions, the Israeli occupation forces continue to commit the crime of preventing and obstructing the work of international organizations and the entry of humanitarian aid. This is a clear Israeli insistence and deliberate intent to destroy and annihilate the Gaza Strip residents.
The International Commission “Hashd”: condemns the continued failure of the international community to stop the aggression and implement the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council and the General Assembly of the United Nations and the measures of the International Court of Justice aimed at protecting the Palestinians from the crime of genocide and ensuring the flow of humanitarian aid. This requires the United Nations, countries, and the free people of the world to go beyond the state of condemnation and hesitation and take serious and individual and collective action to stop the aggression and provide international protection for the Palestinians, and ensure the entry of aid and humanitarian needs by all means, whether by air, sea, or land, to end the blockade, collective punishment, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide committed against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The International Commission “Hashd”: appreciates the positions and speeches of the countries of the world before the International Court of Justice, which support the rights and struggle of the Palestinian people and condemn the crime of genocide in Gaza, and the continuing Israeli occupation and apartheid colonialism for decades, in international consensus and within a historical court to criminalize the practices, violations, and policies of the Israeli occupation and the supporting powers, and to affirm the commitments of countries and international organizations to stop international crimes by imposing sanctions and comprehensive boycott of Israel to ensure the cessation of its aggression and genocide against the Palestinians, and end its occupation and dismantle the colonial and apartheid system, and enable the Palestinian people to obtain their rights to self-determination, return, and establish an independent Palestinian state with its capital, Jerusalem.
The International Commission “Hashd”: appreciates the warnings of the United Nations Special Rapporteurs to the countries of the world against the export of arms to the Israeli occupation state as a partnership in genocide and war crimes, and emphasizes the necessity of action by lawyers and human rights activists in the countries of the world to ensure the opening of serious investigations into the crimes of arms exports and the participation of terrorist mercenaries and states that support the Israeli occupation in the crime of genocide, and to prosecute the perpetrators of these crimes within the framework of the principle of universal jurisdiction and before the International Criminal Court.
