International Appeal

The International Commission “Hashd”: Calls for utilizing the ceasefire to maximize the humanitarian response to the needs of the population in the Gaza strip, who continue to suffer the consequences of genocide, forced displacement, ethnic cleansing, and collective punishment. The Israeli occupation’s crimes have led to the collapse of the humanitarian and service systems, notably the halt of health services in northern Gaza.
The International Commission “Hashd”: Over the past 48 days, documented casualties include approximately 14,128 Palestinians, among them 5,840 children, 3,920 women, 870 elderly individuals, 205 medical staff, 106 UNRWA employees, and 62 journalists. Additionally, over 33,000 citizens, 75% of whom are children and women, have been injured, with 6,800 missing, mostly under the rubble of their homes. More than 1,350 massacres have been documented.

The International Commission “Hashd”: Urges the international community to ensure the flow and delivery of humanitarian aid, medical supplies, relief items, fuel shipments, the evacuation of the wounded, and the entry of medical and relief delegations. Calls for escalating official, regional, popular, and human rights efforts to stop the Israeli aggression, provide international protection for civilians—especially children, women, journalists, and medical teams—and activate international efforts to hold those committing international crimes accountable before the International Criminal Court, using international jurisdiction and imposing sanctions on the Israeli occupation.
