ICSPR launches an electronic campaign on the occasion of Land Day

Occupied Palestine/Gaza: Today, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, The International Commission to Support Palestinians’ Rights (ICSPR) launched an electronic campaign, on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Land Day.

Dr. Salah Abd al-Atti, chairman of ICSPR confirmed that Land Day is a day commemorated by the Palestinians on March 30 of each year, and its events date back to March 1976, after the Zionist authorities confiscated thousands of dunums of private property lands in areas with the majority of the Palestinian population.

It is noteworthy that the campaign received wide participation from the Palestinian youth, who expressed their adherence to their land, and that Land Day is a pivotal event in the struggle over land, and in the relationship of Arab citizens with the Zionist political body.
